Refund policy
Returns
At J Cathcart we want you to love our products. However, if you are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange or give a full refund for the item/s provided they are in a pristine, resellable condition, within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your items, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot return Gift Cards.
To complete your return, please contact us to let us know you are making a return before you post it. We will provide the return address when you email us.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We encourage customers to send their return on a tracked delivery service, J Cathcart will not be held liable for unreceived returns.
Refunds may take up to 7 working days from receipt to process.
Sale items
Sale items may also be returned and a full refund will be given, if the items are returned in a pristine, saleable condition, within 30 days of receipt.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please contact us.
